Shipping Charges

• Enjoy free shipping on orders over $500 AUD. For orders below $500 AUD that do not contain bulky items such as Pads and Wheelie Bags, standard shipping rates apply or for bulky items, an additional rate will apply. Please check cart for prices.  

 

Handling Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days for in stock items only from the date of purchase. Custom orders please allow up to 28 days for dispatch. Please note that this handling time does not include any delays that may occur within the Australia Post network or with our courier partners.

Repairs & Refurbishment

The customer is wholly responsible for their bat while in transit, including any damage or losses.

Ellebrook Sports does not offer, guarantee, or imply and warranties on repairs due to the nature of English Willow as a natural product and its qualities, nor extend any offer of reimbursement or other credit for any damage sustained during attempted repair as the internal structure of the fibres and manufacturing of other brands are unknown.

The customer will be contacted if extra damages are discovered before work is continued.
